In response to the Covid 19 Outbreak we have put together this Resource Bank of websites to help your child's learning.

This is not an exhaustive list and there will be much that could be added to this in the forthcoming days. This page will be updated regularly to include additional links and ideas.

Activities that can be downloaded and completed offline in advance or don’t need a computer

Reading -  expectations for daily reading independently or with parents if we send them home with enough books.

For those children who have access to a tablet or kindle  Free e book on Oxford Owls . https://www.oxfordowl.co.uk/for-home/find-a-book/library-page/

Sending home an additional exercise book for each pupil, so that any written work can be easily recorded in this book, being mindful, that even in the most surprising homes pen and paper are not always available with ever increasing reliance on technology !

Spelling -  common exception words, spelling lists that we were going to teach this term anyway and easily associated activities such as finding words containing those patterns, writing sentences that include these words etc.

Additional exercise books to write book reviews, write stories, letter to characters, instructions etc in.

Old maths textbooks that are age appropriate could go home to keep basic skills up to date and ensure practice, practice practice.
