Susanna Hogan
Having relocated back to the area from Northamptonshire, Susanna joined DGAT in November 2020. Susanna has years of valuable experience as a School Business Manager for schools within PDET (Peterborough Diocese Education Trust), supporting the schools’ smooth transition from LA maintained to Academy status. Her broad experiences encompass all school finance operations, including budget setting, personnel, payroll and premises management. Alongside this, Susanna is proud to have achieved the Level 4 Diploma in School Business Management.
Most recently, Susanna gained experience of working in Secondary School with CMAT (Cambridge Meridian Academy Trust), supporting the general financial operations within the Academy.
Finance Manager
Chris joined DGAT in November 2016. He supports all finance functions for academies, including implementing and training on finance policies.
Chris is part-AAT qualified and last year completed a level 3 NVQ in Business and Administration. He has close to 20 years experience of working in an accounts environment for a wide range of businesses ranging from care homes for the elderly to a manufacturer of vacuum cleaners.

Becky joined the DGAT Central Team in June 2025 after 5 years as a School Business Manager at Primrose Hill. Becky holds a full AAT qualification; she has used it within various finance roles in the public and private sector. These include Local Authority, Payroll, Management Accounts and Budgeting. Whilst at Primrose Hill, Becky was hands on in all aspects of streamlining processes and improving relationships and communications with parents and stakeholders.

School Finance Partner
Louisa brings experience from both the banking and education sectors. She began her career in banking, specialising in compliance and regulatory processes, before moving into Education in 2012. Before joining the Central Team, Louisa worked as a School Business Manager, overseeing finance and operations, and has supported other Trust schools during this time. As a School Finance Partner, Louisa is excited to contribute her experience and business skills to the team.
