We are delighted to be able to advertise for the post of Headteacher of Hardwicke Parochial Primary Academy. This is a permanent, full-time position from September 2020.
The current Headteacher retires at the end of the Summer Term 2020 and we are seeking an inspirational leader to replace her.
This role provides an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced leader to lead and unite a team of passionate teaching and support staff to ensure high quality teaching and learning.
The successful candidate will need to be able to gain the trust and confidence of all stakeholders and champion the mission of the Trust – to ensure that every pupil is successful.
We are looking to appoint a proactive, outstanding Headteacher who is seeking a fresh challenge, naturally inspires others and is passionate. The successful candidate will be a highly effective and knowledgeable primary practitioner with a proven track record in leading teaching and learning and securing excellent outcomes for pupils. The post is a part-time temporary position (0.44 FTE) working in an established Year 4 class and job sharing alongside an experienced and well-respected member of our teaching team. The role would suit either an experienced teacher, returner or recently qualified teacher all receiving the support of the school and job share partner. This role could potentially become permanent in the future.
