Title: Executive Assistant

Salary range: £25,300 - £28,300 negotiable according to experience

Hours: 15 hours a week in the first instance

Contract: Part time – Permanent

Based at: 3 College Green Gloucester GL1 2LR with the opportunity for some homeworking

The Diocese of Gloucester Academies Trust (DGAT) is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and experienced executive assistant.

The successful applicant must be highly organised, flexible, show initiative and discretion with an excellent understanding of handling sensitive and confidential information.

You will be responsible for providing high-level executive support and personal administration to the CEO/DDE ensuring DGAT and the Diocesan Board of Education delivers their strategic plans.

As Executive Assistant you will have excellent report writing capabilities. You will have the ability to collate, analyse and produce detailed high-level reports. Experience of working within the Education sector/wider public sector would be desirable but not essential.

You will need to be able to confidently build rapport and establish effective working relationships. You will be approachable and have excellent communication skills both face to face and in writing.

The role is initially for 15 hours which must be worked over at least four days.

Hours: Monday to Friday 11:45am-12:45pm

Winchcombe Abbey CE Primary School - Teaching Assistant (SEND x2)

Post 1: 15 hours 25 mins per week, grade 3-5 (dependent on experience)

Post 2: 12 hours 55 minutes weekly, grade 3-5 (dependent on experience)

 

Winchcombe Abbey Primary School are looking to appoint two enthusiastic and energetic teaching assistants, who are able to support 2 of our KS2 pupils within their classrooms. Experience of supporting children with dyslexia or supporting children with worries, would be an advantage.

 

We are seeking great team players who have the ability to work well with others, become immersed in our whole school community and strive to do their very best to ensure we are the best we can be. In return, you can expect enthusiastic pupils who love learning, receive excellent CPD as part of a supportive Multi Academy Trust and to be part of a highly motivated and successful team of staff.
